1. AI Content Requirements

2. Prohibited Content

Copyright Infringement: Using copyrighted material without permission
Deepfakes: AI-generated content impersonating real people without consent
Misleading Content: False information, fake news, or deceptive material
Hate Speech: Content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
Harassment: Bullying, threats, or targeted abuse
Adult Content: Nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material
Violence: Graphic depictions, gore, or incitement to harm
Illegal Activities: Content promoting or facilitating illegal actions
Spam: Repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content
Malware: Malicious software or phishing attempts
Privacy Violations: Content violating others' privacy or publicity rights

3. Age and Safety Requirements

Age Restriction: Users must be 13 years or older. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent per COPPA regulations.

Child Safety: Any content featuring minors must be appropriate and non-exploitative. We have zero tolerance for content that endangers children.

4. AI Disclosure and Transparency

Required Disclosures:

All content must be clearly identified as AI-generated
Specify the AI model or tool used in creation
Include the prompt or process used (when applicable)
Permanent AI watermarks are automatically applied to all content

5. Intellectual Property Respect

Copyright Compliance: Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Respect others' intellectual property rights, including:

Copyrighted images, videos, music, or text
Trademarked logos, brands, or characters
Patented inventions or processes
Personality and publicity rights

6. Community Standards

Respectful Interaction: Engage constructively with other creators. Provide helpful feedback and support the AI creative community.

Quality Standards: Upload content that demonstrates effort and creativity. Avoid low-quality, repetitive, or meaningless uploads.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Our Approach:

Automated Detection: AI systems scan for policy violations
Community Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content
Human Review: Complex cases reviewed by our moderation team
Graduated Response: Warnings, content removal, or account suspension based on severity

8. Violation Consequences

Enforcement Actions:

First Violation: Content removal + educational notice
Second Violation: Content removal + account warning
Third Violation: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
Severe/Repeated Violations: Permanent account termination

Immediate Termination: Accounts may be immediately terminated for severe violations including illegal content, child exploitation, or coordinated harassment.

9. Appeals Process

How to Appeal:

Include your username and the specific content in question
Explain why you believe the action was incorrect
Provide any supporting evidence or context

Response Time: We respond to appeals within 14 business days.

10. Reporting Violations

How to Report: If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

Include the content URL and reason for reporting
For copyright issues, use our DMCA process

11. Platform Rights

Shaire reserves the right to:

Remove content that violates these guidelines
Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
